§1What aimcplist is
aimcplist publishes safety, freshness, maintenance, and provenance assessments of MCP servers, generated by a versioned, published methodology combining automated scanning and, for a reviewed top tier, human review. Every finding we publish is a dated, factual observation, evidenced and sourced — not a guarantee and not an accusation.
§2Grades are point-in-time, not guarantees
A grade reflects what our pipeline and reviewers found as of its “last verified” date. Software changes. We re-check on a nightly cycle for actively tracked servers, but no grade is a warranty that a server is safe to run at the moment you install it — verify independently before running any third-party code in a sensitive environment.
§3Install commands
Where we show an install command for a listed server, running it executes that server's code with whatever permissions you grant it. aimcplist is not responsible for the behavior of third-party software you choose to install, regardless of its published grade.
§4Legacy listings aren't deleted
When a server drops out of the actively-tracked ranking, its page stays published rather than being deleted — the grade and evidence freeze as of the drop-out date and the listing is marked Legacy. Nightly scanning stops for Legacy listings, but the historical assessment remains available and dated.
§5Disputing a grade
If you maintain a listed server and believe a finding is incorrect, see our dispute process. We do not publish an unreviewed “unsafe” verdict on a named project without evidence, and we notify maintainers before publishing a poor grade wherever practical.
§6No warranty, limitation of liability
aimcplist is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aimcplist is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the grades, evidence, or content published on this site.
§7Acceptable use
Don't scrape grades or evidence at volume to republish as your own independent rating without attribution, don't use a published finding to make claims beyond what the evidence actually supports, and don't attempt to circumvent or probe the scanning pipeline itself. Ordinary browsing, linking to, and citing individual listings is exactly what this site is for.
§8Changes to these terms
We'll update the “last updated” date above when these terms change materially.
